New Floor, FINALLY!

We finally had the kitchen floor put in after much stress! Won't go into the details, but we were really worried the sub-floor was going to need to be ripped up, crown joist spliced, sheetrock downstairs torn out, and then put down the floor. NOPE!!! We didn't have to do any of it! We tore the linoleum up, sanded the sub-floor and it's flat again! Our new floor looks wonderful! LOVE IT!!! The wood color is Virginia Walnut and it looks gorgeous with the Venetian Plastered wall and our carpet! Oh, and my floor is flat...did I mention that? (Seriously, like the builder didn't realize he needed to fix the sub-floor when he placed a bent crown joist right there?)
