Yes, that's right...check them! I know we have all been told to do self-exams, but really...do we? I know I don't and I know my doctor looks at me as if he knows it's going in one ear and out the other. I mean, really it's not, but it's hard to remember to do it. Plus, I just feel like I never know what I am feeling. Anyhow, horrible excuse, but I will just go and get an x-ray and feel better about it all. Lose those guilty feelings...prolly not!
